Q: How can I be removed from Debt Review
A: We will first need to establish whether or not you have a granted Debt Review court order in terms of Section 86 of the National Credit Act. If you do have a granted debt review order we will assist to bring an application to rescind the debt review order. Once the order has been rescinded and the court has made a ruling that you are no longer over indebted, it will be send to all your credit providers and all credit bureaus to remove your name from debt review.
Q: I do not have a granted debt review court order in terms of Section 86 of the National Credit Act.
A: In this scenario you will have to approach the High Court for an order declaring that you are no longer over indebted. This unfortunately will result in a higher fee to have your self-removed from debt review.
Q: I have a problem with my Credit Report can you help?
A: Yes we can assist you to rectify incorrect information on your credit report. You will need to sign a Power of Attorney that we may act on your behalf and will lodge a dispute on your behalf
Q: How long will it take to rectify the information?
A: In terms of the National Credit Act a credit bureau has 20 business days to rectify the information.
